Charlie takes on the role of Squidward Q. Tentacles, the perpetually frustrated and talented octopus who feels trapped in a world of imbeciles. Squidward’s longing for a better life and disdain for others create plenty of comedic moments in The SpongeBob Musical.
“The music in SpongeBob is fantastic,” Charlie says. “It’s been amazing to reunite with so many friends from last year’s musical, and being a main character is fantastic.” With rehearsals going smoothly, Charlie’s optimism for the show shines through.
